CasiCielo, spanning 457-acres in Panama’s Bocas Del Toro, is launching sales on the first phase of the highly anticipated community designed to catalyze global entrepreneurship, creativity and change.
A curated grid of 75 turn-key sites launches with Viceroy Hotel & Residences--fully capitalized and underway for a 2021 opening, featuring a 118-key hotel and 77 branded residences designed by Zurcher Arquitectos, Wimberly Interiors, and an elaborate wellness concept by GOCO Hospitality.
For developer Circular Strategy Group, comprised of Miami-based Panama-raised, Moshe Levi and Panama-based Alfredo Monagas, CasiCielo is 12+ years in the making. In 2008, the team commissioned Mario Lazo & Unidad Diseño, a master planning firm focused on minimal environmental impact, WATG for its multidisciplinary approach to development, and XCO2, specializing in low-carbon environmental footprint design.
As of this month, the developer is giving like-minded visionaries and early adopters the opportunity to join as “Founders” to curate content and partnerships that will shape the future of CasiCielo.
"The canvas of CasiCielo inspires thinkers and professionals in all disciplines, from art and culture, to technology, philanthropy and entrepreneurship," says Moshe Levi, Co-Developer of Casi Cielo. "We are exploring long-term institutional relationships with think tanks and incubators in such relevant fields as sustainability, environmentalism, oceanic studies and longevity to establish meaningful partnerships at CasiCielo."
CasiCielo is deepening Panama’s growing appeal as an eco-tourism and adventure haven for titans, thought leaders and investors – set on an undeveloped peninsula in the archipelago of Bocas del Toro, surrounded by the Caribbean Sea and the 45,000-acre protected San San-Pond Sak natural reserve.
The coastal town of Bocas is revered for its relaxed atmosphere, featuring an eclectic mix of cultures, turquoise waters with world-class surfing, vibrant nightlife and jungles. With access from major markets, a U.S.-based dollar economy and historically hurricane-free climate, Panama continues to see increased tourism and responsible growth.
