The famous Round Antigua Race during the Antigua Sailing Week (30th April - 6th May) will go straight past the villa’s ocean frontage with guests able to watch from the many terraces, the infinity pool (with a cocktail in hand) or up close and personal on the property’s private beach.
Guests that own their own boats are able to moor just beyond the reef and take their dinghy ashore. Otherwise, they can arrive via one of Antigua’s main four ports and take a private transfer to the villa.
The six super-king ensuite bedrooms, accommodate up to 12 guests making Pearns Bay House well suited to a getaway for families and friends with a penchant for yachting. Various indoor and outdoor dining and seating spaces provide the perfect setting for feasting, dancing or celebrating together between regattas.
