Snake River Sporting Club in Jackson Hole, WY Announces Phase III of The Lodges

Snake River Sporting Club, a premier club and resort community designed for outdoor enthusiasts, announces Phase III of The Lodges—the final phase in the club’s resort zoned properties. This new offering is slated to begin accepting contracts in June, 2019 with construction starting shortly thereafter.  The development is comprised of 18 two- and three-story, four- to six-bedroom “Lodge Cabins” and 14 three-bedroom condominiums of contemporary mountain-modern design set within a resort-style building. Combining unequaled amenities and rental flexibility, with a bevy of real estate investment opportunities, Phase III is positioned at the heart of Snake River Sporting Club, offering unencumbered mountain views, and pristine panoramas of the iconic Snake River Canyon, while providing homeowners with direct access to an all new Lodge and amenity facility.

The announcement follows record-breaking sales success across the club’s residential offerings in 2018 and into 2019. Set within 1,000 acres of land and six scenic miles of private access to the idyllic Snake River, the club features a robust portfolio of ranch, residential and resort properties. In 2018 alone, 25 properties sold within the development, achieving $49.9 million in sales volume, marking a 43% growth from year-end sales in 2017—a continued testament to the healthy demand for real estate and authentic western experiences in Jackson Hole. The club has delivered 11 homes in the last few months anticipates another 16 homes in The Lodges to be delivered this summer. In The Residences and Ranch Estates sections of the development, another six homes are under construction.

Additional plans for Snake River Sporting Club this summer include a glamping option for members and guests that will feature up to 10 comfortable camping sites available for overnight backpacking and horseback rides amid the Bridger Teton National Forest. The “Glampsite” will be the club’s newest overnight accommodations and the first phase featuring two tents is slated to be completed in June.

Located adjacent to the Club, Astoria Hot Springs operated for more than 40 years as a public swimming pool before closing in 1999. A $6 million fundraising effort by The Trust for Public Land was recently completed (in large part to Snake River Sporting Club, which donated $1 million) to restore public access to this cherished recreation spot in winter 2019 / 2020. The project broke ground on March 23 and is slated to include hot soaking pools, a leisure pool, a children’s pool, lawns, picnic space and hammock setups. Future plans call for an adjacent 98-acre park with walking trails, multiuse pathways, playground areas, and additional events and visitor facilities.

To complement its residential and hospitality offerings, Snake River Sporting Club features a plethora of four-season outdoor pursuits such as blue-ribbon fly fishing, trail rides on horseback, hiking and biking in the bordering Bridger Teton National Forest, rafting and kayaking along club waterways and on the famed Snake River, as well as snow shoeing, cross country and heli-skiing in the winter months. Located just north of the Sporting Club on the banks of the Snake River, the restored Astoria Hot Springs Park will feature natural hot spring pools and scenic landscape with nature trails and picnic spots upon its completion Fall 2019.
