The Cipriani Family Unveils First Mr. C Branded Residences Beverly Hills

Italian designer Marcello Pozzi, who also designed the hotel and takes cues from the Venetian-influenced accommodations found within the main property, complements the modern architecture. Ideal for those with the most discerning of tastes, the residences offer a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic with state-of-the-art features and complete privacy. Owners have exclusive access to Mr. C Beverly Hills’ amenities like the concierge, spa, pool, fitness center, meeting spaces, valet, housekeeping, the only Cipriani operated restaurant on the West Coast, plus a complimentary chauffeured luxury vehicle. Mr. C Beverly Hills collaborated with one of California’s most celebrated residential architects, Ray Kappe, who founded theSouthern California Institute of Architecture, designed the first LivingHome and his own Kappe Residence, which is designated a Cultural Heritage Landmark by the City of Los Angeles. Embodying the California and Mediterranean lifestyle, his geometric, white steel structures feature sleek, clean lines and plenty of glass to amplify natural light, while framing stunning views of Los Angeles’ landscape. Marcello Pozzi enhances the architecture with a mix of modern Italian furnishings and iconic mid-century American and Scandinavian accent pieces. Paying homage to the Cipriani heritage, contemporary photographs of Venice, Italy’s famous Rialto Bridge by Italian photographer Max Farina can also be found throughout the home. The Entrance and First Floor

As owners enter their residence through a private entrance, they are welcomed by a large entertainment room featuring premium limestone flooring, redwood ceilings, and a fully-integrated media center, alongside Living Divani Softwall gray, modular sofas and white Knoll lounge chairs. Framed by Ricca Italian lights, unit #1257 also showcases a custom eight-foot Carrera marble bar. The Rooms

Walking up the glass-enclosed staircase or taking the private elevator, guests come across a junior suite on floor two and a master suite on floor four, featuring clean, simple lines with teak wall panels, floors, cabinets, and closets, plus redwood ceilings. Floor-to-ceiling teak framed by Italian Ricca lights act as headboards for the custom-designed architectural California king bed with a floating platform, crisp white bedding, and gray accent pillows. A modern-inspired desk with a built-in plasma TV above, and a contemporary black leather Paul Kjaerholm chaise lounge chair complete the furnishings. Drawing in an abundance of light, each room features an outdoor terrace with stunning views from Century City to the Hollywood Hills. For a spa-like experience, the bathrooms showcase a freestanding, white tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower with Fantini fixtures, alongside custom limestone counter tops, floors, and walls. As a special perk, two of the residences’ master bedrooms include an open bathroom-bedroom concept with a tub.

The Living Room and Kitchen

Creating a seamless flow, the third floor offers an open-concept gourmet kitchen, dining, and living room area. For owners who have a passion for cooking or enjoy the conveniences of a private kitchen, the minimalist designed space features stainless steel countertops and dark gray Bulthaup cabinets, with the finest Miele appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove top with a five-gas burner, convection oven, and microwave.
