Valmont Skin Care Opens New Boutique Spa in Barcelona
Valmont's excellence has graced the Catalan capital since 2004, with a spa in the historic district of Sarrià. Eight years later, Valmont celebrates the brand's success on the Iberian Peninsula by opening a second European headquarters with a next-generation spa boutique.

With its well-preserved, village-like atmosphere, Barcelona's Sarrià Sant Gervasi neighborhood has an acclaimed pedigree. Affluent residents thrive in the quaint houses rife with character, while enjoying the discreet charm of its narrow streets and renowned architecture. The luxé skincare house now proudly brings its vital forces together in an art nouveau building nestled in a city garden. The company's new home offers a specific space for each activity: management of the brand's European markets, artistic direction and a reception area for SPA clients.

The new Spa by Valmont stands out for its warm style, and noted selection of original works from the Valmont collection creating a unique, visual dialogue. Rounded architecture, natural stone and light wood are combined to create an ambiance of soothing tranquility. Loyal to his association with the Swiss brand, Catalan artist Isao Artigas has been commissioned to design an installation on the spa's terrace overlooking the city.

The SPA houses four cabins – a wet area with a bathing section, two dry cabins that may be transformed into a couples area and one cabin with a shower dedicated to mixed and hair treatments.

This haven of luxury welcomes all of Valmont's care rituals, from the signature anti-aging treatments targeting the four principal signs (dehydration, lack of energy, loss of radiance and appearance of wrinkles) to specific care (anti-aging and dullness, target zones, etc.) and even the exceptional Elixir des Glaciers, the epitome of the brand's savoir-faire.
