Located in the port city of Gustavia, the restaurant serves as the site for the leading villa rental agency's weekly cocktail receptions. "The restaurant's waterfront location is ideal for a sunset cocktail party, and we have great respect for the innovative work being done in its kitchen," says Wimco Villas President Stiles Bennet.

The cocktail receptions are the perfect introduction to Executive Chef Teddy Le Roux's menu, which infuses classic French cooking with favorite Asian American cuisines. Guests can sample some of the restaurant's signature dishes, including Mahi-Mahi Ceviche, with citrus fruit, mango and vanilla and Roasted Duck Breast with Lavender and Honey served with a potato purée and a mesclun salad. Guests can also enjoy a selection of cocktails and wines from the restaurant's wine cellar.

In addition to the fabulous cocktail reception, guests of Wimco are welcomed to the restaurant with a complimentary glass of champagne before their dinners.

"There is nothing like a glass of bubbly to start the evening. The complimentary glass of champagne is a way for us to not only say 'thank you' for visiting us, but adds to the evening," says Julien Tatin, Wall House's managing partner.
